1 What do I need to start?

Our Truck Dispatch Services setup packet is simple:

Signed Truck Dispatch Service Agreement;
Signed Limited Power of Attorney (allows us to contact with brokers/shippers on your behalf);
Factoring Information (if any). We can help you to make a Set Up with the #1 factoring company OTR Capital;
Driver’s Contact Info;
Copy Of Your MC Authority Letter;
Copy Of The Insurance Certificate;
Copy Of W-9 Form;

Once we have all the paperwork, you’ll be introduced to your personal dispatcher and start work immediately.

2 How do I get paid?

Since you are running under your own authority you will be receiving payments from individual brokers and shippers directly. You can also use factoring company for faster payments.

3Can I reject a load you offered me?

You are the Boss! If a freight load does not match your needs, you can decline the offer without any persistence on our side. We will keep looking for the perfect fit for you and ensure all your needs are met!

4What areas do you cover?

We cover 48 states. You can be local or regional.

5How long do I have to stay on the road?

We are always flexible and will adapt to your circumstances. Usually, on Fridays we discuss plans for the following week.
